Gary Gensler has lost prominent cases in court and he has been grilled in the congress over and over again. He doesn’t give clear answers e.g. “is Ethereum a security?”.
And then he just continues with his agenda to choke cryptos. He’s outsmarting the system and will continue to do so, he probably will win.
