The legal point is: do you have to take the president's word that he declassified? If so, the indictment falls apart. If Trump can assert that everything he took to Mar-a-Lago had the PRESUMPTION of declassification then he's Scott free.

Democrats crying in these comments because Pence didn't bash Trump are comedy gold. Not sure I can think of one Democrat that can stand next to Trump, Pence, Desantis or a host of other Republicans. Including Obama, and for sure Brandon and Harris.
