His claim about proportionality is incorrect. Proportionality requirement means to use force that is effective for a military goal while minimizing the risk of civilian. He is wrong in his claim that there is a threshold number of civilian injuries that would make Israeli military action a war crime. He also has no knowledge that the Israeli military has regarding the significance of the targets that Israel has targeted to make a judgement regarding proportionality.

I have never seen a nation beg for pity as the Zionist regarding the Holocaust.
We have not seen the aboriginal / indigenous poeples of
Australia, South America, Africa ,Asia North America spend so much marketing and money pushing their Holocaust and Oppressions horror stories they have endured.

In short NO, Israel kill about 14,000 Palestinians is not genocide. In fact there is 2.3 million in Gaza. So this 14,000 is not 1% of Palestinians population. It's far from legal definition of genocide.

The professor somehow overlooks the fact the Israelis have cut off the entire population of Gaza from food, water & medical care and have prevented them from accessing the same, this has carried in for almost two months with no end in sight. Starvation has set in, the conditions of epidemic disease are being facilitated and endorsed by Israeli cabinet ministers to be used as a weapon of war against the entire population. The withdrawal of the necessities of life from the entirely of Gaza – in combination with expressions of intent that makes the situation of Gazans today one that qualifies as genocidal.
