An 18-year-old suspect has been charged with murder in connection with the stabbing of Brooklyn, New York, activist Ryan Carson, police said.

The alleged attacker on the FlyDubai flight to Israel intended to crash the plane into Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport before passengers rushed the cockpit, according to two senior U.S. officials and an Israeli source familiar with the investigation.
As ABC News has previously reported, Hamam Al-Hammani had been flagged as a security risk and was suspended as a trainee copilot at Oman Air in 2024 for possessing extremist materials, raising questions about how he was hired at FlyDubai.

Interesting. A lot of right wingers actually almost celebrated the murder in other comment sections as "someone killed by his own leftist believes" and commented that "it served him right because he didn't want criminals to be punished and police to be defunded. This is what happens then." Of course if they would have ever looked into the guy they would have noticed that non of this is true, but they just loved the idea of some "Social Justice Warrior" being killed by a black man, because for them a social justice warrior is for "black people being treated better then everyone else!". Truly disgusting people beyond saving if you celebrate the murder of an innocent civilian but I wonder why they aren't in this comment section. Did all comments like that got deleted?
