If NATO had stopped expanding after Warsaw pact dissolution, Russia had no reasons to capture parts of Ukraine and attack on it

It's Russia and China which brought North Korea back into Business. Firstly, Chinese immigrants were facing the issue of immigration and at that point of time, Russia ( Putin) backed the business and now it's turn of North Korea. It's prone to happen because America give unnecessary attention to Countries like Russia ( Putin), China, North Korea instead of taking care of their own country and people.
