   Has to be broduer and roy 1 and 2 or vice versa. Marty has 691 wins,3 cups,4 veznas,5 Jennings the Calder and 2 gold medals. Roy 4 cups,2nd wins,3 conn Smythe,5 Jennings,66 shutouts, most playoff wins and shutouts. Conn Smythe for 2 diff teams,2 cups 2 diff teams and 3 veznas. The only reason he doesn't have a gold medal is he only played in 1 Olympic games.Both career number are amazing. Perhaps had Hasek had all these great teams he would have the same. But his individual awards are amazing and he did carry not so good teams including Olympic gold and he won 6 veznas,2 cups,2 MVPs has highest career save percentage,7th In GAA and numerous international awards.A totally different breed. So you could make that argument he's 1. But they are my top 3. Not putting anyone else down there are some greats that could take the spot for sure those are just my top 3.

   Most would say Hasek as #1. Mike Liut? Possibly the best goalie of the 80's.

   How do you not consider 3 Conn Smythe Trophies for Patrick to be considered the GOAT? And to add onto that he is the only NHL player in all positions to do so. You compare MJ’s 6 Finals MVP’s to Patty’s 3 in the NHL which is one of the hardest trophies in all the four major sports to win.

   2nd. 151 Playoff victories that is #1 all time.

   3rd. 200+ victories with two different teams and two Conn Smythes with two different teams.

    Obviously this is NHL only because Vladislav Tretiak is probably #3, with Roy and Hasek being 2 and 1 respectively.

    Nothing against Brodeur. I’d put him at 5. He was brilliant but faced like 18 shots a game

    Crawford doesn't belong on this list period. Vanbiesbrouck is definitely better and is the most disrespected goalie ever , kolzig, vokun just to name a couple more

    I don't know the judges, but I think a lot of fans who actually seen most of these goalers, would put Jacques plante first.

    38- Holtby is a joke… so is 31 Larocque, we all saw what kind of goalie he really was once he left the Canadiens. Crawford …c'mon! Who the hell make these lists anyway!?!?

    Every time I watch these guys at almost 60 years of age all I can think of is your joints are going to kill you in 30 years. You’re great at what you do and you’re fabulous to watch but there’s a price

    Hasek is without a doubt number 1. Even if I wasn’t a lifelong Sabres fan, I’d still think that. Brodeur, Roy and all other goalies will never even be on the same level as the dominator
