Serial killer on the loose in LA, targeting homeless victims
After three murders of homeless people since Monday, LAPD officials held a news conference to announce they believe a serial killer is on the loose.

The suspect is probably a victim of a crime committed by a homeless drug addict, the police did nothing. Now he is taking out his rage on the entire homeless population.
