   Anytime someone complains about officiating, they should have to watch this or do a training course. Being an nfl referee is just as hard as being a player

    I was just a waterboy for my High School Football Team and I must say, being a ref ain't easy. I sometimes talk to a ref after a play when water needed to be passed and ask how things are done.

    these videos are really cool to see already, but as a Panther fan, seeing one of the OG great Panthers as the host makes it even better. I have loved Steve Smith for as long as I can remember and still wear his jersey any time I go to a game.
