Runaway chihuahua rescued by drivers on busy New York highway
A chihuahua named Bean has been reunited with his owners after drivers on a busy New York City highway came together to save him as he darted through traffic. Bean’s owners say he ran onto the Staten Island Expressway after being spooked by another dog.

Absolutely ridiculous how people are being so dangerous. They should've never block the road and instead just let the Chihuahua and most importantly the traffic go. The life of a chihuahua is not as important as the lives of the people on the highway.

It is amazing the dog was not hit. I have seen multiple idiots hit full grown snapping turtles on the highway during broad daylight – how in the h*** can you not see and avoid an animal the size of a basketball?
