   I hope Sweden Will join the NAVO soon. Seems like a country with a lot of know-how and nice people. I really don,t understand what Turkey is doing in the NAVO. They are always very difficult and Erdogan is basically the same kind of dictator as Putin.

   Im haoot to say but Mikael Damberg is a sad leftie with no what so ever power any more. Now the real swedes are in power. We want Nato. That joke of a man whant to open the borders to islamists. Thats not gonna happen any more.

   In my view and I know I have the right view, Sweden..🇸🇪 has run away from God, further and further away.

   It has been going on in decades and their hearts have only been harder and now they are hardened.
   Now, to avoid losing their lifestyle (live as they want in Sin) they turn to USA, precisely as the same way Israel did, when they turned to Egypt
   to seek help from God's wrath.

   But Sweden won't prevail in their frantic attempts. Sweden won't get any help from "their allies", nor from their many gods they pray to.

   Swedes will decrease by, at least one third of the population in coming War with Russia 🇷🇺

   All Scandinavia including Finland will be under Russia.

   Sweden, my own country has come to an end, an eternal end, in pain. Amen.

   My favorite fighter jet is hands down the Swedish SAAB Gripen E series. Joining NATO annoys me but I understand if things get hairy with Russia it's better to have back up. I will say that both US and Russia have done terrible things so the whole notion of "good guy vs bad guy" is inappropriate to say the least.

    Scandinavia doesn't need NATO, NATO needs Scandinavia – Fact.
    Russia is NO threat, and i think Ukriane proved that, Russian military is just a big bear filled with air.

    Believe it or not, like it or not but Mexico must be the next to joint the alliance. I think it is a great thing to have both Sweden and Finland within.

    The third world war is not fought on the battlefield, it is intercontinental nuclear weapons that apply and then neither air or ground troops play a role. But then, of course there is no earth left.

    To anyone reading this, please be aware – This is important; Not a single Swedish citizen has had any chance or opportunity to vote on this decision. Most of us here are either torn or don't want to join NATO nor this propaganda war.
    Our taxes are stolen and used to fund a war we do not wish to participate in and we have had no say in these decisions whatsoever. We are not free, it doesn't matter if we have a left wing or right wing government – decisions are made without our consent and it's funded with our money.
    CNN forgot to mention that so I feel it's important that the world knows we have had no choice in this and most of us do not wish to participate in any foreign conflict whatsoever.

    It would be stupid to not let Sweden and Finland in to NATO, Swedish airforce and overall technology combined with the finnish artillery being the strongest in the west and with their border to Russia as well as their massive reserve.

    I’d argue that no one knows better tactics in the landscape bordering Russia than the finns themselves, swedes included since the nature is very similar.

    Sweden has some of the best military hardware engineers in the world… Some of the best avionic engineers for sure also. Nothing comes out of Sweden as far as products go that are anything but top quality.. I've never seen a cheap junk product made in Sweden… Just as smart as the German's if not better…

    "Originally set up to support the nation's neutrality…" Sigh… We need to upgrade our own military, not join nato and stay neutral. We have more than a centennia of neutrality (albeit discussable). This is a unique position in the world and it has served us very well. I know Russia hates Sweden, we have been to war continously for a very long time (on and off), and our way of living alone is provocative to Russia. Still, historical neutrality and geographical position is what we have for us. Not against us. We DO NOT need to join nato, there is absolutely no reason to join nato other than PANIC actions.

    Sweden does not a significant fighting force.. Nor does it have a well founded defense. And not Finland either. They do have a somewhat significant fighting force though. And do you know why? Because Russia is their neighbor. So they never did what Sweden did after the Soviet Union collapsed in 1989-1991. You see.. Our dear incompetent, delusional, corrupt, pacifist, traitor politicians, made sure we lost almost all of that significant military capability, during the past 30 years. I.e. they started to cut down and dismantle more or less, our entire military defense. Sweden have today, somewhere between 5-10 % of what it once had during the mid 1980's. And our military budget is a joke too! 1,2-1,4 % of GDP. I.e. we are nowhere near the NATO minimum requirement. Also.. We don't even have 100 planes, to contribute with. Especially not 100 modern fully upgraded Gripens. At this very moment it would surprise me if we actually had more than five Gripen E's.

    Also.. 100 planes may sound somewhat good on paper. Although it really isn't at all (Btw.. we used to have over 700 planes in the 1980's..). Because you see. Every air force, as well any navy in any military force around the globe. Never have more than 30-40 % of their units available to them for combat operations. And at best, they can maybe after a few weeks engage another 30 %. but 30-35 % will always be under long haul maintenance and those extra 30 % that could possible be ready for combat duty within a few weeks, are either entering long haul maintenance or are close to finish it. So with this in mind. You now know that you need to divide any counties air force by roughly three to know how large it actually is on a day to day basis. And Sweden's air force is about 30-35 Jas 39 Gripen strong. Not 100 planes strong, like Major General Carl-Johan (svamp/mushroom) Edström make it sound like. Because obviously.. he is very well aware of this fact. It's just not good pr, to explain this..

    Oh.. one more thing.. We can barely fly these 30-40 planes as is.. because as of more or less right now. Sweden don't really have a working air force, as over half of all our fighter pilots are QUITTING as we speak!! Why you ask? How can this be!?!? The answer is simple. You earn more driving the Stockholm subway trains or any train in Sweden, than being employed as a fighter pilot. Subway driver, earns ca 40.000 SEK/month (4000 USD) (before taxes, which will deduct ca 30-34 % of that amount (depending on where you live in Sweden). The rest is yours to keep). The fighter pilot earns 38500 SEK. And that salary, have been unchanged since 19 freakin 97!! Yeah, you heard me right! No raise, since 1997, for arguably, one of the hardest to qualify jobs, in the entire country! Not to mention, that the average Swedish salary for people between the ages of 25 – 65 is over 40,000 SEK (4000 USD). This is not just shameful.. This is not just the scandal of the century concerning the Swedish armed forces.. But simply a f*ckin disgrace!!!
