Emergency responders took Sen. Mitch McConnell to an ambulance on a stretcher after being called to his home last month for a report of an unconscious person, according to new video of the incident and an eyewitness account.
A neighbor of McConnell told CNN that they opened their door to find commotion outside their home at around 8:30 a.m. on June 14, with two ambulances, a fire truck and Capitol Police officers blocking the entire street.
The neighbor said they learned from another eyewitness who saw the individual’s face that the person on the stretcher was McConnell and he was not wearing an oxygen mask.
CNN’s Annie Grayer has the details, and emergency physician Dr. Megan Ranney describes what struck her about the newly released video. Also, CNN’s Audie Cornish looks at GOP lawmakers’ reactions to Sen. McConnell’s medical situation.

Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell of Kentucky on Sunday announced, after weeks of speculation, that he had a fall last month that landed him in the hospital.
McConnell also provided a photo showing him smiling next to his wife, Elaine Chao. He appears to have a copy of Sunday’s Washington Post sports section on his lap.

He isn’t going to name the Royal but yet he did put them in the Dutch version and lied about it and then finally had to fess up. So Harry telling everyone that William is circumcised is okay? We know exactly who wrote the book and it was the supposed other. He may have put his name to it but the only way he could have gotten this information was from one group of people. He also said the duo didn’t help with the first book and they did. Scobie has lied about so much and again interview goes soft on him not holding him to account for the lies. If Harry is happy in his marriage I would hate to see what it is like if the marriage is bad.
The book isn’t very good and this report is terrible. How about sharing all the lies and such in the book?

The entire basis of the monarchy depends on white supremacy thus the inquires were based on a fear that race mixing resulting in a dark royal child would be damaging to their bloodline. So based on this fear I would say it’s racist inquiry. It was ok for British to enslave and oppress people of color but they don’t want them in their family.

Thank goodness at least one person recognises that it is racist to talk about the colour of someone’s skin. Firstly no one asks about the colour of a white person, only that of a coloured person. No one has been made a slave or had generations of trauma because of the colour of their hair or eyes but they have for the colour of their skin. It isn’t for white people who have their wealth from slaves and the royals have a knowledge of this but refused to apologise. Can you imagine being with a white family and they are questioning about the colour of your unborn babies skin. Why, what is so important about the shade of your child’s skin in the royal family. The family who was involved with nazi. Any wealth made from taking the freedom of another person is theft. It’s a shameful ancestry nothing to be proud of. If you have stolen from others, no it’s not alright to keep it or your relatives. If someone stole your car and they told you it doesn’t matter, I’ve given it to my son, most normal people would find this unacceptable. But this is what happens and who do you think makes the laws, these rich people and condemned others on benefits or if you have a pension that you worked for they now can inspect your bank account. Thy the hidden off shore tax haven accounts to avoid paying tax and they are all commonwealth. It is not common wealth, it is theft from other people.

Even if they did make comments, which I doubt, who's to say they were negative? Maybe they were thinking out loud of what an asset it would be to have grandchildren of color and how that would help the people of the commonwealth feel more included. Here in Birmingham, my neighbours are having to make a difficult choice between heating their homes and buying food. One of them is chronically ill, on a fixed income, and has children, one of whom is disabled. She has decided that it is better to be in debt and warm than to die debt-free. Last night, the temperature dropped to -4°C. My husband works three jobs to ensure that our disabled child does not have to choose between food and heat. Millions of British people face similar issues year after year, while taxes continue to rise, the cost of living becomes unmanageable, and access to quality healthcare becomes non-existent. We do not concern ourselves with people who own dozens of properties and heat mansions they only reside in a few days out of the year. Our worries do not include talking about whatever £2000 coat Kate Middleton is choosing to recycle this year, or whether or not she chose to fly private. This garbage is being pushed on us, but we do not seek it out.

Still believe William was the primary person involved, and leading the conversation., I can't see Charles having enough patience to wait for a mumbling Kate to get to or arrive at some muddled point. Yes, we've seen Kate's discomfort being around Black people over 3ft. And even then she seemingly looks more comfortable cooing at Black children who kept behind chicken wire so undoubtedly I am not surprised she would be part of the conversation but William I believe is the catalyst. Charles taking the brunt of the blame is understandable, he is after all above the law ergo untouchable albeit he has sunk in the estimation of Black and Brown people in the multiracial UK and the Commonwealth. But truthfully the Royals are all complicit and using race to momentarily distract from what is being shown to us in Endgame demonstrates poor judgement – the Royal Family need to have a public conversation about race and a public apology issued to Prince Harry, Princess Meghan, and more importantly Prince Archie. Silence from the Royal Family is not going to cut it this time round. They raised the issue again now they must deal with the fall out.
