Stop making excuses for road ragers, make laws harsher , loss of licence and jail time for Even a minor offense of road rage, brake checking.. It's assault period, an intent to cause harm. A person don't need hands on to be an assault. Road rage is ignorant, immature and stupid. It ends up not saving either any time getting where they need to be.

    You don't have any legitimate evidence to prove this is fake. For instance, lots of you have been saying "the hand is white but the guy is black." Look at the picture of the guy with the mic in his hand. You'll see that the color of that hand is exactly the same color as the hand in the shooting video. So there's no reason to believe it was a different person.

    here's a story idea, cnn- who the hell are all these people filling the comment sections with confident proclamations that every time somebody dies, they must be feds, and it must be a hoax? I can't tell if they're domestic puzzlewits, or foreign provocateurs, or just NRA-employed keyboard jockeys.
