On Thursday night, President Donald Trump renewed attacks on the U.S. election system ahead of the November midterms in a nationally televised primetime address. In his speech, Trump announced the release of intelligence documents that he said outlined “five major areas of concern.” Joe reads from one of the documents, which says Russian actors “circulated narratives” about mail-in voting during the 2020 election.

It's innocent until found guilty IN a court of law. We aren't in court. Rudy and Trump are both more than likely going to prison in Georgia. They will naturally appeal but they will be found guilty I'm 99.9% sure of it.

Everybody who accuses others of wrongdoing of any kind has to shut up – that can not be protected by "First Amendment right" and freedom of speech.
In civilized nations that would not have been allowed from the very beginning, Trump and others would have been held accountable in civil cases.
If you think that somebody committed a crime, you are free to tell the police and law enforcement; until a guilty verdict is reached, people are innocent – but not in the USA where slander pays well by attracting clicks on the ads and outrageous lies bring more followers and re-posts than boring facts.
