A judge declared a mistrial after the jury in the Lindsay Clancy case repeatedly said that it was unable to reach a verdict.
“It would have been radical if the Supreme Court stepped in and said, ‘You can’t declare a mistrial, even though you’re the judge who’s been watching the entire trial,'” ABC News legal analyst Dan Abrams said.

If there was a shred of altruism, integrity, or honor in the GOP political caucus, it would admit they have failed as a party and accept the need to dissolve the current iteration of "what is a Republican". They don't believe in cutting spending…unless there is a democrat POTUS- just look what trump spent in 4 years. But then what do you expect from a jerk who didn't mind spending $3,000,000 taxpayer money every single time he felt the need to boost his ego and run down to Mar-A-Lardo to play golf and be treated like a king living in adulation by fools. I find watching American politics amusing and this is no exception.
