Shark rams kayak off Hawaii coast | ABC News
Dramatic footage captures a shark ramming into an experienced fisherman’s kayak off the coast of Oahu. The fisherman told ABC affiliate KITV he believes the shark might have mistaken his kayak for a seal.

If that would have been a great white shark he would have been flipped or worse…bitten. These small fishing kayaks are inshore vessels and are not designed for the ocean. He needed a bigger boat.

There are some videos around which tell you exactly what to do… It's a lady diver who knows all there is about sharks. So next time something like this happens, you don't scream, you press your hand firmly on the sharks head an redirect him. That's it!!! your welcome… Ah this works only underwater so please jump into the water first. Press firmly and redirect, the shark will understand…
