Parents are giving up green card fights to get their kids out of immigrant jail: Marshall Project
In 2013, Ana Kikabidze was selected to receive a U.S. green card. When unforeseen circumstances hit she had to move back to her home country. When she came back to the U.S. in May with her children, the family was arrested and sent to the controversial detention center in Dilley, Texas. If Mr. Trump cared about the police that were hurt he should be the first to push for these medals. He should be singing their praises. Why does he feel that this mob as nothing but Patriots that were executing their rights? This is on him. He may not have meant for his words to trigger a riot but that's what happened. Those people came prepared to hurt. Shame on him. What a disappointment he is. I thought more of him. I thought he was for all people. I was wrong.
