   Nothing else's but Gass and oil, the soviet Era pipe line that is all into ukraine territory Gass lines, ukrakne the richest in Gass not only grain , Gass is another resource that makes ukraine the richest place and Russia wants it zelenskyy knows that, is why he's asking US and nato help, diplomacy don't work in any resolution is not what PUTIN really like or wants, So you know !!!

   The only issue in ukraine and Russia, the truth is that this war is only and mean the only issue here is resources Gass and oil but more now is Gass, do to soviet Era pipe lines that goes through ukrakne and the place they been fighting for all this time is the pipe line nothing else's that is why he want the old soviet union to become a Russia territory again that's the whole war about!!!

   interesting that Russian oil supply represent 20% of world supply, so fuel prices should reflect
   that and not more, however, business people and speculators are hedging bets and pumping
   the prices higher. someone wins, someone looses, which side of the fence are you on? 4 months later
   proven to line the wallets of the wealthy so much so, they LOVE IT WHEN SUCKERS GET LURED INTO THEIR
   WEB.

    but answer why is NATO lobbying for the promotion of military bases near the borders with Russia?, negotiations have been dragging on for 8 years, the short-sighted Zelensky openly offered Ukraine as a bargaining chip for a springboard

    Biden has been active in reducing the word’s supply of oil by taking deliberate measures to undermine US production of oil products. What Biden is really saying is he does not want to reduce Russia’s supply of oil.

    If the US bans Russian oil then prices will go up and that hurts Americans.

    Only the most deliberately blind and dumb can say or believe that. Prices would go up only if Biden permits that. Price is determined by supply and demand. Prices would go down, not up, if Biden reverts to a pro energy approach. That is because the Russian supply of oil can be more than replaced by US firms, if Biden takes his foot of their necks. More supply means lower prices.

    Biden is opposed to all policies that would reduce prices. Opening the federal reserves, in an amount equal to two days usage, does not reduce prices in a meaningful way, as was demonstrated by the last time he did it. So-called green energy solutions are years and years away. Any suggestions they will lower prices during the next few years is a lie. If Biden will not take his foot off the necks of US producers, he will not allow an increase in supply and he then ensures prices cannot fall.

    I'm not an economist but I have to wonder why gas is going up as high and fast as it is when we only import 6 to 8% of our oil from Russia. It would seem we could ask South American countries if we could increase our imports and thus help their economies. Willing to be educated.

    You can't be serious to think oil, gas won't go up in price with the war. Don't you remember every time something happened in the middle east the price would go up. Time to jump start our domestic oil, gas and put more oil into the pool and watch prices drop. Why would we want to worry about what happens around the world effecting what we pay? The Country needs Gas and oil for more than just driving around and heating homes. Every product that relies on transportation
    goes up in price. This Country clearly has gone insane. We buy oil from Russia and the other Countries who hate us yet
    we can't increase our own supply domestically to make us less dependent on what happens in the world. That sounds like
    a crime against America. There is no difference in Climate change when you buy from someone else who probably doesn't
    produce it as clean as us.

    Does anybody remember back on May 22nd when Joe Biden lifted the sanctions Trump put on Russia when Trump Banned the Nordstrom 2 pipeline, then in June Biden shut down the Keystone Pipeline here in America? Good times huh.

    The US only imports about 7% of it's oil from Russia. So why the massive spike in prices here? It's just pure greed by the oil corporations cuz evil Biden wants to push the country to green energy, which I am all for. But in this situation, during an event like this, I am ok with temporarily opening up more oil domestically to make up for the 7% of oil we used to get from Russia.

    Low prices resulted from buildout of US gas supply network and consequent oversupply. Cratering prices shut down the valves, but it won't take so very long for that shut-in production to flow into pipelines if prices remain above $85/bbl or $4/mcf

    Fake news acts like there was never an oil independent USA. Gas was under $2.00 and inflation was WAY down the more Trump freed up America to BE FREE. Now Brandon has closed the pipeline and screwed us over for electric that few want. Nice knowing you America.     Let's see demand is high and supply is low. If there is a war prices will increase due to even more demand on oil. If Russia is cut off from contributing to the market there will be even less supply causing higher prices. So a no win situation for the consumer only higher prices.
