Published

the court cares less about the people of America and more about greedily gaining power by ruling against the American people and against The United States Constitution?

Conservatism needs to be imposed on America in an effort to save a sinking ship and stop the spread of sin and the disease of progressive liberalism that's destroying American culture…!!!

here's a solution. just ignore the court. if they want to break the law. fine. your decisions now mean nothing. wow good job asswipes

the problem i have with the governments supreme court. is that it's not OUR court.
this court doesnt seek it's answers from known law rather whole cloth fabrication
their recent decision lets me discriminate against republicans and maga supporters so i will WITH PLEASURE
    that being said.
if and when the court malfunctions as it has been doing. the solution should be having the only recourse is to march in with tasers and drag them out

The Supreme Court is holding government accountable to constitutional law. Government agencies are acting like they are Congress, and can create laws themselves. They can’t because it’s unconstitutional. Unfit presidents like Obama and Biden tried to sneak one by on the American public.

Funny how MSNBC will do this segment with Joy Reid while at the same time make sure there is no challenge to any corporate Democrat. Pushing Biden on the country is a gaurantee to an unchecked court for another 5.5 years. Don't count on any change with Biden or you will be disappointed.

Donald Trump left his stamp on the SC by appointing Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Coney Barrett?
Pardon the interruption, but I'm sure Con Don never heard of the above 3 stooges until he was asked by Moscow Mitch to appoint them to the Supreme Court!
You must give credit where credit is due!
Does anyone here remember Moscow Mitch freezing Merrill Garland for 11 months in hopes that a miracle would happen and a Republican President would be elected to fill the job with an ultacon Justice?
and the miracle happened with an assist from Bernie Sanders who destroyed the Clinton campaign (Con Don praised Sanders for the work he was doing on Clinton for his, Con Don's, benefit).
Moscow Mitch got another helping hand from Bernie's groupies who swore revenge on the Democratic Party for choosing Clinton as the Lifetime Democrat over Sanders who was a Lifetime Independent Socialist!
And boom, Con Don got elected, and the Moscow Mitch plan worked miraculously!
Now pseudo-liberals you have 40 years to digest the lesson that Moscow Mitch has just taught you, and in the meantime learn to live for a long, long time with the decisions of this SC!
You lost, Moscow Mitch routed you. You made your bed, now you have to sleep in it.
Good luck to you losers – whiners!

Any person that supports racial discrimination is, by the dictionary definition of the word, objectively a racist. Any Supreme Court judge who supports racial discrimination is in violation of their oath to uphold the US Constitution where everyone is equal regardless of race.

I will never understand how individuals no one voted 🗳 for hold so much power.

In Mexico 🇲🇽 the Mexican Supreme Court does Rulings but they DO NOT have the last word.

In Guatemala 🇬🇹 the Supreme Court Judges have limited power and they only hold the position for a couple of years and can’t be re-elected. And they also DO NOT have the last word. Now Evangelicals are running the U.S. Supreme Court and they are acting like Absolute Monarchs.

  38. @FinnMcRiangabra

    December 22, 2023 at 4:28 am

Big shocker: a long-running Right-wing plan to subvert democracy that has been abetted by Republican scum has resulted in pro-Republican results (complete with utter ethical violations by Republican justices).

Here is the solution: Vote for Democrats in Congress. The Democrats might also have their problems, but they are not all openly colluding with rich people to get power and hold that power forever. Supreme Court Justices are not immune to impeachment. Congress should impeach the justices who have had corrupt gifts. This will all come to nothing if we let other corrupt Republicans let them off if shown to be absolutely guilty as the Senate Republicans have done with Donald Trump on the two occasions when he was impeached and proven to be guilty. The Senate Republicans used a version of "jury nullification" to fail to find Trump guilty of the charges on which he was impeached and was clearly guilty.

Hey, why not just have wide-spread jury nullification in all civil law cases until the whole system breaks down and no-one can ignore that it is broken?

  39. @ismaelismael8543

    December 22, 2023 at 4:28 am

Wait! So you're saying the Supreme Court is not just made up of unelected politicians who serve for life and are accountable to nobody?
