The two backcountry skiers were swept away and buried by an avalanche in the mountains outside of Salt Lake City. A third person in their group escaped and was rescued by helicopter.

Sorry this happened, but it isn't much different than the wild fires in California and the south west that burn almost every year. And then there are the tornados, hurricanes and earth quakes. People recover and rebuild and move on with life.

Direct energy weapons! (Laser) : Houses were completely pulverized by high temperatures! But trees are still green???! People, who live on Maui said, that this never have been wildfires! " I have never seen such an extend of destruction before! It looks like an atomic bomb has fallen on Maui!"

Very sad…Managed a business at Pioneer Inn for 8 yrs. . Historic building, GONE..First time on Maui stayed there for 10 days.. So many lives lost along many other buildings . Sat under that Banyan Tree many, many times to be inspired and think.
