Emergency responders took Sen. Mitch McConnell to an ambulance on a stretcher after being called to his home last month for a report of an unconscious person, according to new video of the incident and an eyewitness account.
A neighbor of McConnell told CNN that they opened their door to find commotion outside their home at around 8:30 a.m. on June 14, with two ambulances, a fire truck and Capitol Police officers blocking the entire street.
The neighbor said they learned from another eyewitness who saw the individualâs face that the person on the stretcher was McConnell and he was not wearing an oxygen mask.

Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell of Kentucky on Sunday announced, after weeks of speculation, that he had a fall last month that landed him in the hospital.
McConnell also provided a photo showing him smiling next to his wife, Elaine Chao. He appears to have a copy of Sundayâs Washington Post sports section on his lap.

Sorry but he is right in one way: if you go to a shop and try to buy something, and they only speak spanish to you, that is not correct, like it or not, every customer deserves equal rights and to be made to feel they are in an environment where they can buy something. You canât force customers to speak Spanish because you wont speak English. Many people in his situation may have reacted the same way, but the way ABC news frame this story isnât the whole story.

Funny how the founders of America never even wanted anything to do with English qnd showed their protest by re-inventing the language, changing spellings of words, pronunciations etc and America today like most formerly colonized peoples, still speaks the language of their colonial master. The poor guy probably doesn't know any real English either and just because he isn't able to learn a second language thinks that the whole world should speak English. There's a good saying in Albanian "You are worth as much as how many languages ââyou speak. My English is not perfect, so I apologize. I speak German, Albanian, English, Croatian, a bit of French and Russian and would like to and hope to learn Spanish and other languages

I think he felt it was discriminatory not to be able to take part in the conversation. I have often had the feeling that people exclude me when they suddenly talk to each other in their mother tongue in my presence. But of course the reaction was far too exaggerated. Generally, people can talk in the language they want but maybe should be aware it is also excludes people from communication and it could be hurtful.

I will put my comment in Spanish. Lo que yo pienso es que Estados Unidos necesita aprender español como segunda lengua. Ese cuento de que estĂĄs en AmĂ©rica y aquĂ se habla inglĂ©s ya deberĂa estar abolido. 1.) California, Utah, Nuevo MĂ©xico Y Texas eran completamente estados hispano hablantes. Por lo tanto 2.) Los estado unidos sea asĂ como los europeos que hablan varias lenguas deberĂan estar obligados a hablar español como segunda lengua. En Europa hay muchos idiomas y apesar de que tiene su lengua natal hablan el inglĂ©s para poder comunicarse con facilidad entre ellos. De hecho hablas mĂĄs de 3 o 4 idiomas con facilidad.
Y por Ășltimo 3,) Ese territorio se llama Norte AmĂ©rica no AmĂ©rica porque ahĂ si estĂĄ grave la cosa⊠se clava su propio cuchillo este señor jajajajaj AmĂ©rica en casi su totalidad habla español. 4.) #northamerica has bad education because everything there is a business he dicho đ
