Oh shit!!! i'm only 36 seconds, and that's the serial killer who killed a bunch of women, starting in California. I watched his whole interrogation and it was super creepy!! What sucks is he is a good looking guy and he had no problem lowering women to his house of horrors. Kind of reminds me of Ted Bundy, but not as smart! they found one of his victims decomposing in his closet when they rescued this woman!

I remember first hearing this phone call a long time ago there was quite a bit more to it than just this the girl was actually naked and so was he and it was a much longer phone call and they just kept asking at some point you should probably just be quiet and make sure that she's still okay but then part of me thought that maybe they have to keep asking questions to make sure that she is still there incapable of talking to them

WHAT is wrong with 911 dispatchers? Giving this girl attitude, making her repeat things unnecessarily, asking for all kinds of reasons why she can't hide in the bathroom… she said she can't! It doesn't matter if you believe someone- you're job is to get help for them!

The number of questions from the dispatcher knowing she is in the same room as him is ridiculous. Do any of those questions matter? Just send help asap and quietly! Sheesh

With experience you should be Able to pick up one is in danger or prank. Just send the help right away immediately for god sake . She got lucky that he was knocked out sleeping . It could have been very bad . If I were her, I would not be able to answer anything out of fear

This video and videos LIKE this should all be a part of 911 caller training; enough to be cognizant that the person calling cannot speak openly. I've seen other calls like this and, while this gentleman sensed what was going on, there are others who don't. The minute they get a weird answer, that should be a red flag that someone's in a situation where they cannot speak directly.

Dispatchers waste a lot of time asking question that have already been revealed by the caller, as well as too many “Huh’s”!
First of all, they need to let people under stress know exactly the moment that an officer has been dispatched, so they can be hopeful that a rescue plan is a go.
Third, let her know what to do if her abductor awakens, I would tell her. Do not speak at all, do not risk getting caught, just listen to my voice, then console her, 911 Operators act as if they aren’t going to dispatch until they get enough information.
