The media is not neutral; most of journalists are employee of big companies that provide 401k pension plan, which is connected to stock prices. The collapse of stock prices will reduce wealth gap between the poor and bougienages (meddle class), not just the riches.

The good old days of cheap Fed money through QE are over. Before buying any stock make sure the Price to Earning PE is less than FOUR !?! The 99% of S&P500 are living on borrowed time and money with very high or no PE even after the mini crash !
Plus the Fed can't save the USA stock exchange because it's a BLACK HOLE created by fiat $ currency and needs to be corrected only by increasing interest rates to double digits.

Can the US Defy Fiscal Gravity?

Published

on

David Bianco of DWS says long-term Treasury yields and real rates have climbed to some of their highest levels in nearly 25 years, but he argues inflation is not the main driver.
