Judges reject Trump’s immunity claim to dismiss Jan. 6, election interference cases
Former President Donald Trump’s bids to dismiss two major cases against him were rejected by judges overseeing the cases, denying his claims of presidential immunity. NBC News’ Dasha Burns reports on the latest developments the cases, one involving Trump’s accountability for the Jan. 6 Capitol riots and special counsel Jack Smith’s case charging that Trump tried to overturn the election results.

Protests form as some Ohio Haitians face ICE deadline today to surrender or wear ankle monitor
As hundreds of Ohioans take to the streets in an early morning protest, members of Springfield, Ohio’s Haitian community are contending with the end of TPS protections and possible deportation, with many facing a deadline of TODAY to turn themselves into ICE or choose to wear an ankle monitor while they wait for their fates to be worked out by the courts. I think many failed to realize these were expected losses. Do you honestly think Trump expected to win these motions within courts he views as partisan?
These are only steps on Trump pushing these up to the Supreme Court. In other words, a big nothing burger.
After reading the courts response, that appears to support partisan behavior is present in the court. They literally came to the conclusion that the US Constitution says exactly opposite of what it says. It is clearly a flawed and borderline delusional opinion.

Nice reason, always first on doing chaos. Now a traitor president can just claim, he has immunity to subvert the american government aside from the fact he still has cases for being traitor and helping the enemy against USA by supplying them classified documents strictly prohibited and some just shelved on toilet.
