It's actually hard for objective people to conclude, unless the words are definitely his and the charges against him for other dealing are also proven true. However, the pattern does not look good, and the words are clearly going to cause some degree of harm to people based on their skin color… even if it is rich black people who are going to be marginally effected, this counts for me as racism… The interesting thing this story also shows is how business, big business, helps people, even people it might find less desirable. It's obviously more difficult to prove stuff against rich powerful people. They are also a lot more likely to be targeted for character assassination.
