Hollywood should make a movie about Trump and how he saved over 1 million Americans from COVID19 just like Moses saved his people Trump saved us from COVID19 but still has Fancy Nancy breathing down his neck ? don't know which is worse Virus or Pelosi – line ball

  19. @majorrgeek

the president has been right in all he has done combating COVID19 and he has to be congratulated for his early shutdown of USA – however he needs to obtain advice from his staff etc on improving his methods replying to difficult and persistently rude reporters – you know the CNN reporters – who are simply baiting him with ridiculous questions – he should stay calm, analyse their question and if it is nonsense, he should question their question and wait for their answer then question the validity of their reply – if he keeps to a simple formula more often they will eventually stop their idiotic behaviour

Trump intentionally makes awful statements, lies, and angers to make the use of free PR via media. And the major networks fall for his tricks and cover the news with Trump's hideous events daily.

“So, you listen to me. Listen to me! Television is not the truth. Television’s a god-damned amusement park. Television is a circus, a carnival, a traveling troupe of acrobats, storytellers, dancers, singers, jugglers, sideshow freaks, lion tamers, and football players. We’re in the boredom-killing business… We deal in illusions, man. None of it is true! But you people sit there day after day, night after night, all ages, colors, creeds. We’re all you know. You’re beginning to believe the illusions we’re spinning here. You’re beginning to think that the tube is reality and that your own lives are unreal. You do whatever the tube tells you. You dress like the tube, you eat like the tube, you raise your children like the tube. You even think like the tube. This is mass madness. You maniacs. In God’s name, you people are the real thing. We are the illusion

And the author sells snake oil books. His opinion book is all it is. Stupid book it should be folded the comedy section because that's all it is is a bunch of jokes because it makes the author look so bad. Normally I would be against book-burning but this particular book, roast it. My three-year-old could do better than that

Rep. Dean: Trump ‘Lit The Match’ That Caused The Capitol Hill Riots | Andrea Mitchell | MSNBC

Published

on

By

Congresswoman and impeachment manager Madeleine Dean (D-PA) tells Andrea Mitchell that President Trump “lit the match,” causing the riots at the Capitol on January 6. Dean also pushed back on the notion that impeaching a former president is unconstitutional. “And we do know, number one, it is constitutional because the text of the constitution is not just about removal as a result of impeachment and conviction but also future disqualification. The framers knew very much the threat of mobs and demagogues,” she said. Aired on 01/25/2021.

Sen. Murphy: Proposed Relief Bill ‘Could Get Us Through What Could Be A Very Hard And Deadly Winter’

Published

on

By

Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) joins Andrea Mitchell to discuss the proposal of a $908 billion COVID relief bill by a bipartisan group of senators as 14 million Americans could lose unemployment aid by the end of December. Sen. Murphy says, “This amount of money could get us through what could be a very hard and deadly winter. This isn’t big enough to be able to get us to the point where the entire country is vaccinated. But it might be enough to make sure that millions of Americans don’t go hungry, don’t starve, don’t die out on the streets this winter when their jobless benefits expire and when protections for evictions expire.” Aired on 12/01/2020.

‘ERODING our democracy’: Morning Joe reacts to SHOCKING NYT Editorial on Trump’s election meddling

Published

on

By

The New York Times editorial board is out with a new series tracking 12 categories of democratic erosion in the United States, highlighting the “worrisome steps” it says President Trump has taken toward undermining American democracy. Measuring on a scale from zero to 10 — with zero representing a strong, though imperfect, democracy and 10 representing a true autocracy — the board has moved one category, “manipulating the law to stay in power,” up to Level 3. The Morning Joe panel breaks down the ominous warnings from the piece as the country heads toward the November midterms and the 2028 election.
