ASML upgraded the low end of its 2026 sales forecast as increasing artificial intelligence spending boosts demand for the Dutch company’s chip-making machines. The firm projected annual sales of between €44 billion ($49 billion) and €45 billion this year. It’s not just the younger generation, it’s the older generation as well. The pandemic has changed peoples attitudes toward work. You work to live, not live to work. 3 days a week is great for family, taking care of grandma or elderly parents, taking care of kids, taking care of yourself.
Life is short. I known people who should have retired years ago pass away because they still came to work and got sick. Why give up so much of your life to a job or a career just to end up destroying your life long bonds? For an extra 20k a year? If you passed away what does the extra 20k do for you???
