Dolly Parton, who rose from humble beginnings to the greatest heights of American music and became one of the country’s most philanthropic, unifying and beloved stars, died Tuesday in Nashville, according to a family statement. She was 80. The statement, attributed to her nephew Bryan Seaver, said Parton died “peacefully.” A small, private service will be held for her close family, the statement added.
In a career that spanned over half a century, Parton captured the American experience, penning more than 3,000 songs. Those included “Coat of Many Colors,” a quiet ode to her mother, who stitched together garments in the family’s rural Tennessee home. She wrote and performed songs of love and heartbreak, like “Jolene” and “I Will Always Love You.” “9 to 5,” the title track from the movie of the same name, in which Parton also starred, became an anthem for American women and workers.
Later in life, she funneled her massive success into philanthropy, founding a library program that has gifted more than 300 million books to children around the world.

The heartbroken, depressed Americans who are praying for some relief to the genocidal slaughter, the starvation and unbelievable suffering of innocent people including half of the civilians babies and children. As complex as Netanyahu's extremist government, rhe security breach of Oct 7 after IDF border patrol attempted to report for months, changes within Netanyahu's power grabbing efforts before Oct 7 which contributed to the security disaster which also resulted in 8 hours delay in defense of the Israeli civilians……the fact Netanyahu has been accused of war crimes for years. (Miko Peled, former IDF soldier specifically Sept 27, 2008). Blinken, Kirby, Austin, Sullivan visiting Israel and attempting to placate upset Americans that the IDF will decrease the aggression and the out of control carpet bombing and it just continues worse than ever. The Biden administration's lack of containing the horror on Gaza is changing the Americans' perception of democracy in our country. The mainstream groups and cultural assimilations changing solid values from the past few decades has now shifted to the shock of Americans realizing because of the access to videos daily that the US is allowing a genocidal slaughter of children and babies, women and innocent male civilians. If you’re old enough to remember and have family members who were in World War II and listen to some of their stories about indiscriminate killing of innocence civilians, and the Korean war, and the Vietnam war unfortunately, the United States is one of the biggest criminals on the planet, like Hitler, Genghiskong, and Stalin
