Gwyneth Paltrow accuser testifies in ski trial, describes ‘blood-curdling scream’
Heidi Levine, a photojournalist working for the Washington Post, was attacked in the West Bank on Friday while covering the annual olive harvest, she said.
Levine said she was attacked by Israeli settlers, with videos filmed by witnesses showing her being beaten on the ground by several men.

MR TERRI failed to mention all of his health condition including right eye blindness and limited limb mobility and that is just the start he HAS MANY conditions to his health. He stated during his testimony he turned a corner and she was there and he yelled at her before impact. He did not see her out his BUM eye. when he saw her it was too late. She was no better she was trying to manage skiing and looking at her kids. I did not help the victims daughter called him a sensationalist either. You cant about to crash into to someone and order them to move on ski and that is what he did.

Whenever I hear the song Cruisin sung by Gwyneth Palthrow, I shut my device off because this song insults my sense of music and harmony. This said, I believe that the "good doctor" drove into her and not the other way around. Who knows, maybe his twisted way to hit on her.
