The Georgia mother accused of plotting to kill her estranged husband is due back in a Bahamas courtroom Thursday to ask a judge for permission to let her go home for the holidays.

She needs to be in jail and not see her young sons. They need to be kept away from her. She may try to kill the kids to get back at the husband. This is crazy. Why is she not in jail with what she was going to do? If she gets her passport, what's not to say she won't try to run to someone without extradition treaty.

She doesn't deserve anything. I realize things are different in the Bahamas and that is why she's out on bail and able to live her life this woman plotted to murder her husband. In this country that means you go to jail and 99% of the time are not allowed out on bail. She deserves nothing. Her children are better off not seeing her.
