The alleged self-proclaimed “mastermind” of the 9/11 attacks will stand trial in June 2028, a military judge ruled Wednesday, nearly 25 years after the attacks.
Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was captured in 2003 and has been held at Guantanamo Bay since 2006.

As the Trump administration ratchets up efforts to deport non-citizens from the US, people with papers they thought allowed them to be in the country are being targeted.

The wife of an Army sergeant and mother of a 6-year-old was deported on Monday.
Army Sgt. Hedar Leonel Turcios Juarez confirmed that his wife, Cristy Maryori Villafranca Trejo, was deported to Honduras. Turcios’s wife’s deportation comes as Trump’s immigration crackdown impacts active-duty military spouses.

And in the second one they talked about how he had spoken with the key officer before the body was even found.

There's a real problem with that key. Forget about how it was found and ask yourself these questions: 1) Out of a thousand 25 year old women owning a 5 year old car – how many do not have/use a remote key? 2) Out of a thousand 25 year old women owning a 5 year old car – how many do not have a spare key? 3) Why is there no spare key to the Rav4? 4) Why is there no evidence showing TH had lost her remote key? It appears highly probable from the answers to these questions that, the non-remote key allegedly found in SA's trailer was TH's spare key, not the key she had been using.

It is ridiculous but that lawyer sits there with a straight face when he knows perfectly. Well that Steven Avery is guilty and if Steve and Avery was to be let out of prison I hope he would move right next to his lawyer and all of his family members because I bet he wouldn't be singing the same tune then. They know damn well he's guilty. The evidence is overwhelming. Not the Netflix documentary evidence that picked and choose what it wanted to show and cobble things together to make it look like something. It wasn't. A piece of fiction. But, the real evidence against him that put him away by 12 people and has kept him behind bars because he's not innocent. He's guilty as hell.

THAT is how they make ANYONE, LOOK GUILTY! the prosecution and the JUDGES, make sure to not ALLOW the evidence that shows innocence! They do NOT want people to get TRULY FAIR TRIALS! If you say, "WAHT ABOUT THE DEFENSE"? I hear ya! The trouble is, most defense attorneys are either lazy or just don't really care. I have seen it in cases that are not even CRIMINAL! CIVIL CASES like divorce! They don't give a DAMN! If they even KNOW what "FAIR" is, they do not give a F*CK about it!

I watched that show, and immediately noticed they never touched on the actual evidence that convinced 12 people to find him guilty. Looked it up and immediately thought..yeah he's definitely guilty…Also. Just listen to him, have you ever heard someone juat lie and lie…thats what it sounds like.

Concerning the vial of blood, why has no one pointed out that the only way to get blood in the vial is with a needle. Showing a puncture mark in a vial with blood in it is proof of nothing.

This is a messy case and as bad as it is to say I feel like Scott and Bobby killed the woman and disposed of her body hide the vehicle in a location that is rarely used put small parts of this poor lady in a fire drum to make it seem premeditated forgot the keys in one of their pants. Weren't able to hide them in the house because Steven was there then shortly after the cops showed up then on that seventh day someone put the key his room and the sister of Steven convinced Brandon that his uncle(Steven) and him (Brandon) killed her . Rewatch the documentary people I've seen it three times and knew the blood inside was a swab and will not be surprised if some how Scott got the cops to agree to helping them considering the amount of money Steven was going to end up with because the police screwed up on the rape charges. The cop with the glasses in the documentary I feel has more knowledge then he is sharing……..

There was either fingerprints or there wasn’t. And if the lead prosecutor doesn’t know if there was, who would? That statement by Kratz is clearly another lie. There wasn’t fingerprints or the state would have used them. The evidence they had against Steven was indirect and circumstantial. If they had direct evidence you better believe they would have used it.

Kratz? Evidence left out? It’s all planted evidence. Easy plant the car plant the key change out the two buckle swabs for the hood latch and key DNA. The hood latch swab was white and had zero residue. If you would of swabbed the hood latch the swab would of had a dark color on it. Bobby Dassey killed TH. End of story. There’s zero evidence period that TH was even in the house or garage where the killings supposedly happened. Steven isn’t capable of cleaning this crime scene.

When that composite "artist" tried to wiggle out of what he did, the lawyer SHOULD have said, when the so-called artist said, "My drawing looks more like Steven Avery than Gregory Allen," the lawyer should have pointed out that what's way more interesting is that it didn't look like Stephen Avery as he looked at the time of the attack, it looked like Stephen Avery in the picture the sheriff's office had from back in (whenever that picture was taken). How did THAT happen???? Only one way I can think of!

I HOPE someone in the United States gets an action going together, a petition with millions of signatures, saying that we will vote everybody out unless you pass this saying that it has to be law that if there is physical evidence that the police HAVE to test it against the suspect, and if it doesn't match, and it's evidence that is most definitely from the perpetrator (like a pubic hair in underwear of, or on,the suspect, they have to let the person go and continue looking.
