Yeah I’m not sure how I feel about these parental cases! What’s the whole story? Did he have more money for an attorney? I’ll say one thing if my ex tried to keep me away from my children as another way of abusing me your damn right I’d steal my kids and dip! But that would have never happened since my ex could care less! I’m just saying I know a lot of narcissistic people both sexes, yes only two, that are evil and try and hurt their partners by using the kids! So while all of you who hear news and assume you know the story are ridiculously blind!

It always sounds strange to hear, "when her mother abducted her." Nothing could separate me from my child! And then they say, "the good samaritan that called police".. and as a result the child was taken from her mother!

Amazing how people are so glad Kaylee has been taken away from her mom again when no one knows the whole story. Her dad could have paid a lot of money to get custody of her. The mother and her daughter were apparently living fine. I Just do not like people treating a mother like a horrible kidnapper when you don't know the WHOLE FULL STORY!!!

If her mom and her disappeared and the mom and dad are having custody issues, its pretty obvious what happened. In these cases the one parent takes the kid. The kid's not in any real danger. Typically its actually the other parent abusing the kid and the other parent takes the kid so the kid doesn't have to live with the abusive parent. In those cases, I really don't think the parent should be charged. They're only protecting their child.

All I can think about is the story of the man who claimed the mom was unfit, violently mentally ill and won custody. The woman wasn't. The daughter attested to the fact after being found in Australia? I wouldn't assume that the mother is unfit or that the dad should have custody. I'd have to hear form the daughter not either of the parents. Blessing to the child that is uprooted once again.

I hope she didn't run away for a reason away from the father… that poor girl either way- first being taken away, and then probably not being aware/remembering her life beforehand and thrown back in it with a man she probably doesn't feel like she knows or maybe even thought was dead. I hope she's okay.

Look at the case with Grant Solomon! Horrific! They let the mother out on bond for kidnapping her child for 6 years. She can't be too bad of a person if she is out right now. Maybe she was trying to protect her.

Did the child look neglected or did the mom take good care of her child. I watched enough shows about kid being reunited with parents from the child's perspective. The thing is , in most cases, not all, the child would have been better off staying with the parent that had abducted the child. There is some long term trauma in returning the child to the other parent. What she did was wrong, and there should be consequences, however, It's really not about the parents, it's about what's best for the child.

We need to know the full story. The girl was found after 6 years because she wasn’t with some random stranger; it was her mother. She at least didn’t appear to harm her. We don’t know why she lost custody in the first place. I would like to see the whole picture before I pass judgement. I'm not saying what she did was right, but we need to understand why she was so desperate in the first place, how it came to this, etc.

A story like this in particular is a good example of how crappy women can be. Most Dads really love their daughter and all it takes is an angry spouse to act out of spite and do something like this.
Granted not all men are good either but it seems to happen more often that women grab their children and run off in a failing relationship and not thinking clearly of how poor that kind of decision really is.
