Being able to do pull-ups is a strength skill that men and women can acquire, develop, and improve upon.
It is just most people aren't used to having their upper body muscles working together to be able to do a lot of consecutive pull-ups.
Like any skill, it just takes a lot of practice.
My advice is do inverted body weight rows, jumping pull-ups, or stand on a chair and do assisted pull-ups with your legs giving you just enough assistance so you can do a pull-up.
Eventually, your upper body muscles will adapt and get used to working together.
I have done as many as 40 consecutive pull-ups at one time, and when I was stuck at 28, what helped me break through the plateau was watching Youtube videos of females, who did more than 40 maximum consecutive pull-ups.

More than 85 percent of women fail Marines' fitness test for combat MOS.

2023 male and females still have separate standards. Fuckin JOKE!

WHY HAVE STANDARDS ? They are having an almost impossible task of meeting recruitment quotas so they make the standards so low any couch potato can meet the standards. PATHETIC

As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, there was a notable debate within the U.S. Marine Corps regarding the physical fitness standards for female Marines, particularly the requirement of at least three pull-ups. This debate stemmed from the decision to introduce pull-ups as part of the Physical Fitness Test (PFT) in 2013. Prior to that change, female Marines had the option to perform a flexed-arm hang instead of pull-ups.

Some argued that the requirement of at least three pull-ups for female Marines was unfairly challenging, as it was significantly lower than the requirement for male Marines, who were expected to do at least 20 pull-ups for a maximum score. Critics argued that the three-pull-up requirement did not adequately reflect the physical capabilities of female Marines and may have been based on traditional gender stereotypes rather than actual fitness standards.

On the other hand, proponents of the three-pull-up requirement argued that it was a step toward establishing a more equal standard between male and female Marines. They believed that it encouraged female Marines to improve their upper body strength and overall physical fitness.

It's important to note that the debate over pull-up requirements was just one aspect of a broader discussion about gender-neutral fitness standards in the military. Military branches were working to establish physical fitness tests that were both equitable and reflective of the demands of combat roles, regardless of gender.

Since my last update was in September 2021, there may have been developments or changes in the Marine Corps' physical fitness standards and policies regarding pull-ups for female Marines. I recommend checking the official U.S. Marine Corps website or contacting a recruiting office for the most current information on this topic.

all the feminists wanna whine and moan about equality but when shit is actually equal they want the bar lowered even though it'll cost lives. Our society is in shambles because of our allowance of this bullshit every day. Genetics and science do not lie, people are good at different things and that's okay, men literally have the DNA to be stronger than women at base, that's what testosterone is for.

Don't lower the standards for women.
Make women do the same number of pullups or don't let them join the USMC.
    Equal rights. Equal fights.

1:00 those pull-ups look very odd… I really think that someone is lifting her legs.
Of course, it should go without saying that marines should be able to do more than 3 pull-ups (probably 10 would be a decent minimum), and the standards for men and women should obviously be EXACTLY the same.

Women will get men killed in combat, weak men will get strong men killed in combat, raise the standard, don't lower it so a little girl can feel cool in uniform

  15. @AndyKola

    December 27, 2023 at 3:38 pm

Actually, it is the women’s fault that they can’t do three fucking pull ups

  16. @chancellorbismarck3236

    December 27, 2023 at 3:38 pm

I like the idea the last guy had at the end, no change of standard just training the women more because they weren't raised to work out even though there is that strength difference biologically, it is still kind of sad women can't do at least three.

    December 27, 2023 at 3:38 pm

You should allow them in the forces, police, marines, military, aviation, ecc only to cook clean or desk jobs…in a real combat no. Just no. Weaker, slower, aims worst, shoots worst, gets injured faster, cant keep up the pase, carry an injured soldier, emotionally unstable, ecc ecc i mean i see it as a waste of time and money🙄 why would you train something weaker than the obviously tougher, stronger, faster, better shooting, better mentally man?!🤡

  18. @jamiemoody2675

    December 27, 2023 at 3:38 pm

Put the soft, weak MFs on the battlefield. Let them fight our wars with their mouth and… "emotional intelligence."

55% of people in the U.S. Military fighting, killing and dying in wars SHOULD BE FEMALE.

    Period

That's equality. Get out their and fight. We men will gladly do the "hardest job in the world"… sitting at home with the kids while our "strong independent" women labor.

    Yeah

    It's a new day!!!

Not that it matters a crazy lot, but difference in pull ups and chin ups tho..

Hey ladies. How do you feel about signing up for the draft? Like all men do at age 18. I’m sure if we get into a military conflict with China or Russia and the draft is reinstated we will see women lining up for traditional roles at home.
