This is where politicians put their focus; chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. I am so happy the government is looking out for our interests.

    Saturday is the true Sabbath:

    Exodus 20:9-11:

9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:

10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, allowed it.

Opening all week should be a company choice.

None of their damn business if and when a business opens. Why not open city hall on Sunday ? No reason not to be open.

Anyone else thinks doing this, just ruins the original owners 6 day a week legacy?

    Just shut down Chick-fil-a altogether.

Sorry! business should be able to make their own open/closed decisions, not some politician. PS: they aren't "anti Gay" anyone is welcome to eat there, Gay or not. They serve whomever wants to eat. It's also not some politicians job to force anyone what they should believe in.

    December 27, 2023 at 1:55 am

U kidding me. Now there is legislation to tell us when to open and close. They say it's nothing to do with religion really. Chick FIL A stick to your beliefs.

    December 27, 2023 at 1:55 am

If I were Chick-fil-A I would move all my restaurants out of those places where the legislation is saying they should be open. If we are free to practice our beliefs as we know them then it is wrong for the government to come in and say a Christian organization cannot practice what it believes. The Bible says clearly do not forsake the Gathering of yourselves as the manner of some is but even more as you see the day approaching. What's next they're going to tell us that we have to kill our kids to perform same-sex marriages in our churches. Where does it stop Christians stand up for what you believe do not back down under the thumb of government they cannot and will not enforce laws that go against what we know scripture clearly says

    December 27, 2023 at 1:55 am

That Christina IDIOT said "its the state of NY that decides how businesses are run and operated". SINCE WHEN??????? STATES HAVE ZERO RIGHTS TO TELL ANY PRIVATELY OWNED COMPANY HOW THEY CAN OPERATE, WITHIN THE LAW.

I live in RI. There used to be a time when I was a young man in the 2000s, when liquor stores couldn't be open on Sundays. There should be the option to be open Sundays, and let a business choose what days it wants to be open.

I would prefer Chick Fil A just close those locations than open on Sundays. If they need food on Sunday so badly replace them with McDonalds and Taco bell.

Nope, pull them all out of the state. New York is wrong, and their leader ship is not worth what Chick Fil A has to offer them. Exit now.
