US Considers Military Strikes on Houthi Militants

Panama’s President José Raúl Mulino has rejected Donald Trump’s threat to reimpose US control over the Panama Canal, saying sovereignty over the waterway is not negotiable. Trump earlier claimed that the canal is “falling into the wrong hands” and implied that the US could take control of it. Bloomberg’s Jill Disis reports.
