Why Pfizer And Moderna Can’t Be Sued For Covid Vaccine Side Effects

Published

on

The U.S. began vaccinating the population against the coronavirus earlier this month, but mass adoption is not a guarantee. Roughly four in ten Americans say they would “definitely” or “probably” not get a vaccine, according to a recent survey by the Pew Research Center. Watch this video to find out how major stakeholders plan to convince the entire country to trust a vaccine made in record time, using mRNA technology that’s never before been licensed.

    Lobbyist

Lobbyist; a person (or parson) corporations, religions, and monarchs, etc. who take part in an organized attempt or crime to influence or force legislators, and such under a sub conscious threshold , desiring more energy ( money or medium exchange) under influence, power less of the forces, pushes on its public in its temple labyrinth.

General Motors (G.M.) Volt, is power less without a outside charge, while electric motors are self charging, and who (present, (here , known) or presently) is paying more to run new school buses on diesel trying to satisfy OPEC temple circuit for reelection, that its public can write to, email or call its local senate (politicians and lobbyist (medium exchange) ) asking for a speedy trial new legislators. For the corporations are not without a people (unity), its the people (one) who represent the product, tax at any, an economy; the unknown in one is paying for others to represent under forces (influences), but there's little to no confidence in those under a substance, force or medium in itself or another. Who (present, here, known, presently) is influenced going to the poles ( or positives and negatives , confused) with out the ability to measure. One (corporation or unity) can be wealthy or rich and independent but only without slaves ( with out servants to its desires, fantasies or dreams); one ( power, present here known) is left to dream, its capitalism, and a whole market, world market and trade.

The vaccine is Emergency Use Authorization only. No one can sue for medical injury. It's experimental and anyone can refuse the vax for lack of informed consent. All of this was known in 2020. That's why people refused it.

Fourteen months after my second covid vaccine, I'm still suffering from extreme pain in my ear canals and eustation tubes. I'm off balance all the time, and on top of that I have dizzy spells that hit me out of nowhere. Obviously, I'm being stonewalled by the "healthcare professionals". My life's been totally ruined by this vaccine.

  36. @aliceburbaugh2900

    December 27, 2023 at 10:00 am

Yes they can be sued because they lied and they knew they lied and it came to the table with dirty hands so it makes the agreement that was signed null and void.

If the vaccine is safe, then it's a win.
If the vaccine kills all those who were stupid enough to take it, it is also a win.
    So it's a win-win situation.

  41. @archieredman2796

    December 27, 2023 at 10:00 am

So what your saying is if I get damaged from taking that flue
shot that's disguised as a vaccine there is no recourse and I'm
on my own live or die, That's the best scam that I've seen a CO.
do in a long time, and a lot of people seems good with it, especially
when those took Billions of taxpayers money to do that, and they
are making record profits like never before. I say give the money
back, I will not be taking their flue shot, I don't blame them I blame
our Governments for making such a foolish deal, but then again
maybe a lot of them in government are shareholders, who knows.

  42. @iamcassilis4085

I've met thousands of people who are vaccinated and live happy, healthy lives

  43. @pixelgamer2579

    December 27, 2023 at 10:00 am

I was forced to get vaccinated to stay in the US military. Thankfully they have gotten rid of the mandate as of now. If they try to force it upon me again, I will simply take the discharge.

  44. @jesusnavarrete6317

    December 27, 2023 at 10:00 am

    Cardiac Arrest begs to differ

  45. @verlindillard2066

    December 27, 2023 at 10:00 am

My doctor asked me about taking the vaccine and I told him the death rate was to high

  46. @verlindillard2066

    December 27, 2023 at 10:00 am

So they get rich while leaving a wasteland of injuries- sounds good for them and bad for the people of the world- and besides natural immunity is better and you can trust your body

How Car Makers Are Switching To EVs | CNBC Marathon

Published

on

CNBC Marathon explores how Tesla, Rivian and Dodge’s new electric vehicles are transforming the automotive industry.

Over the past decade, Dodge has dug deep into its performance car heritage and become a brand known for brash American muscle cars with supercharged V-8 engines and ridiculous amounts of horsepower. But tightening regulations, rising fuel prices and the rise of the SUV are putting the squeeze on Dodge’s so-called “brotherhood of muscle.” It recently debuted the Charger Daytona SRT EV, an electric car that looks a lot like its popular supercharged Challenger and Charger. Will Dodge fans or EV buyers want it?

Five years after Elon Musk first announced the Tesla Semi, it’s finally hitting roads. CNBC visited Pepsi’s Frito-Lay facility in Modesto, California, where it is using the new electric trucks, to see whether the Semis live up to the hype.

A new electric vehicle company hopes to take on Tesla with its outdoor adventure trucks and SUVs. And its deal with Amazon to build 100,000 electric delivery vans could help it succeed. Founded in 2009, Rivian is focusing on upscale electric trucks and SUVs with an emphasis on outdoor adventure. CNBC’s John Rosevear calls them the “Patagonia of electric vehicles.” Last month, Rivian and Amazon rolled out the first of the electric vans. They are starting to deliver packages in a handful of cities, including Seattle, Baltimore, Chicago and Phoenix.

After manufacturing’s 40-year cycle of decline in the U.S., officials in Washington are trying to bring it back. This move could be a boom or bust for huge swaths of the American Midwest. This region once dominated the auto industry before rising global trade and automation sent domestic manufacturing employment into a tailspin. U.S. leaders hope that new laws such as the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 will help businesses create the green manufacturing jobs of the future.

Why Fuel Economy Rollbacks Will Spur More Trucks, More V-8 Engines

Published

on

By

Lowered compliance costs, greater control over products, more big engines, more pickup trucks. These are just some of the changes investors expect from the rollback of fuel economy rules and the elimination of fines. Data indicate pent up demand for pickup trucks, and many automakers are bringing back V-8 engines. At the same time, hybrid vehicles are surging, and electric vehicles have longer term structural demand in their favor.

CNBC’s Michael Wayland takes a first look at electric vehicle startup Slate Auto’s modular $25,000 pick up trucks. The cars are affordable and basic, with features that buyers can customize. That includes turning the truck into an SUV. The vehicles had more than 150,000 refundable reservations before their release, despite waning consumer demand in EVs in the U.S. The company is about to find out if the truck can disrupt the market.

The Race To Power AI Is Reshaping America’s Electric Grid

Published

on

By

AI data centers are driving unprecedented demand for electricity and putting renewed pressure on America’s power grid to modernize its equipment and develop greener, more efficient sources of power. Google, Meta, Microsoft and Amazon are all spending millions of dollars on local infrastructure upgrades and companies like SpaceXAI are even building off-grid power plants to power their data centers.

Google says its planned 780-megawatt data center in Pine Island, Minnesota, could offer a model for powering the AI boom. In a proposed agreement with Xcel Energy, Google says it will support 1,900 megawatts of new wind, solar and battery capacity, while minimum payments and exit fees are intended to protect local ratepayers if demand falls short.

CNBC examines whether projects like Pine Island can make the grid cleaner without shifting costs to existing customers, why some energy experts argue that smaller data centers could make better use of infrastructure already in place, and how utilities’ financial incentives can complicate efforts to build less.
