Thank you for this tip! My only issue is that I have blonde eyelashes, so I feel like I have to go on the waterline too. It's annoying tbh but I'll do it. Maybe I'll try this to see if it helps.

I love this technique but I cannot get my eyeliner not to transfer first onto my lower lash line and then my cheek. Is there a secret way to set the liner so it doesn’t budge???

Tried. So hard to clean afterwards, cuz the eye liner get in between the lashes. Even worse situation when u need to make wudhuk. One clean cotton pad after another keep getting blackened.
