Psaki: Trump is already fundraising off this — but don’t expect Biden to get involved yet
Jen Psaki discusses the unavoidable political nature of the charges against Donald Trump in the classified documents case. “Trump is already fundraising off of this — or attempting to,” Psaki says. “Biden is an institutionalist. He believes in the separation of the branches of government, and I suspect they will be very limited in anything they say about this at all, especially in the short term.

‘ERODING our democracy’: Morning Joe reacts to SHOCKING NYT Editorial on Trump’s election meddling
The New York Times editorial board is out with a new series tracking 12 categories of democratic erosion in the United States, highlighting the “worrisome steps” it says President Trump has taken toward undermining American democracy. Measuring on a scale from zero to 10 — with zero representing a strong, though imperfect, democracy and 10 representing a true autocracy — the board has moved one category, “manipulating the law to stay in power,” up to Level 3. The Morning Joe panel breaks down the ominous warnings from the piece as the country heads toward the November midterms and the 2028 election.

Parents are giving up green card fights to get their kids out of immigrant jail: Marshall Project
In 2013, Ana Kikabidze was selected to receive a U.S. green card. When unforeseen circumstances hit she had to move back to her home country. When she came back to the U.S. in May with her children, the family was arrested and sent to the controversial detention center in Dilley, Texas. Don't forget Joe Biden had classified documents all the way back when he was just a senator at 11 unsecured locations.what was he doing with classified documents as a senator that he was not Authorized to have. Hilary Clinton was guilty, but they gave her a free ride. Bill Clinton won his case in federal court. Obama had Whitehouse documents For his presidential library. Trump will cost hundreds of billions just for the "defense infrastructure" that will have to be adjusted and relocated due to the sole doubt of the enemy already having the documents.
