The common factor in homelessness and crime rates rising is the rising cost of living that is unjustified greed. Home prices are out of balance with wages.
The people who flipped homes when the gross criminal negligence of lenders increased property taxes and made it cost prohibitive to own a home.
HENSE the homelessness, drug use to self medicate depression and crimes going up so people can make ends meet.
The housing bubble needs to bust. So home values come back to reality.

I believe this is the beginning of a huge and significant change that is going to occur in the US. Increasing shopping online is finally having an impact on physical retail stores. Of course they won’t tell you that. They will blame the symptoms of these impacts on society. Increasing levels of homelessness, drug addiction, employment etc. This is just the beginning….

It’s kind of fun watching the downfall of US from here, Easter Europe. We have a much better life here, I mean way better; it’s the irony of life that soon US citizens will need a visa to come to our place, where there is little crime, no fentanil, no serious homelessness.
