President Donald Trump plans to use part of a primetime speech Thursday to discuss new findings about the security of American elections, among other topics — setting up yet another high-profile opportunity for the president to dispute the results of the 2020 election he lost. Speaking in the Oval Office two days ahead of the planned address, Trump affirmed the speech would focus on elections and a “couple of other things.”
Officials said the speech is still being finalized, but Trump was expected to discuss several topics. He’s still deeply mired in his conflict with Iran, with nightly strikes in the country as he seeks a path to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Even as that war appears to be restarting, however, Trump framed the elections portion of his Thursday speech as the centerpiece.

The settlers are really squatters who are given permission by Israeli government to grab Palestinian land. The squatters are armed by the government. They are religious fanatics where the government uses them to grab more land. Israel does this like in the nakba through force.

I am frankly surprised to see ABC News covering this. Although, to be clear it is a fairly gentle benign piece, and seriously underrepresents the brutal reality on the ground. However, I remain hopeful that some people who look at this will dig a little deeper and see the full scope of the atrocities being committed by this regime. The Palestinians have suffered indignities and humiliations for decades. In the West Bank, between the settler violence, raids by the IDF, checkpoint harassment, roads reserved only for settlers to drive and walk on, the welding shut of front doors because Palestinians no longer allowed to walk on the road in front of their house… this government has developed an entire infrastructure/psychological system of harassment and dehumanization designed to bring an entire population to their knees and ultimately abandon their homeland so that the "chosen people" can have it. Americans are good, decent people, but we have been lied to for years by our government and our news media outlets, If Israel allowed you to go there and see it today, you would instantly see this regime for what it is and be horrified by it. It is not a democracy.

But their own Torah says Jews shall not have the promised land of Israel until god returns and calls all 12 last tribes together and leads them to the promised land. The Torah even says god separated the tribes and banned them from the promised land because they did something against god. Even the Old Testament says this.
