If there was video of the cops shooting him there would be no conviction. We know this because we have DOZENS Of such videos. Even a 12 yr old being shot in less than 2 seconds upon arrival. And for the knife, that's a discovery issue and jury issue.

There is not a legal length for a pocket knife in Baltimore? I'm surprised! What he had on him (WAS) lethal to a vital organ! So why was he running? He had multiple counts of drug sales in that alley way.
