49 killed in terror attack at New Zealand mosques

At least 49 people were killed and dozens more injured in mass shootings at two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, Friday.
At least one gunman carried out what is now the deadliest shooting in New Zealand history.
“It’s something that we never expected to have happen here,” Christchurch MP Gerry Brownlee told “Good Morning America.” “We’re a relatively small population, and while we are ethnically quite diverse, we live very peaceable lives. And this, as many have seen, has shattered our innocence.”

Shortly after a third indictment was unveiled against former Pres. Trump, special counsel Jack Smith said that the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was “an unprecedented assault on the seat of American democracy” that was “fueled by lies” from the former president about the 2020 election.
Trump has been ordered to appear on Thursday in federal court in Washington, D.C.

To answer your question at 9:45. In our beliefs, Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him was the last Messenger of Islam, not the first one who brought it.
In our beliefs and it's very clear in the Quran that even prophet Abraham was a Muslim. He wasn't a Christian nor Jewish.
Islam is the Arabic word for the verb submissive. Wo basically all of the prophets of God are submissive to him (Muslims).
But to get back to your question, he wasn't new or the first one to bring Islam. He was the one who brought God's final revelation.
I don't know about other religions, but I think there are newer religions than Islam, but in terms of Abrahamic roots, yes, Islam is the latest.
