As if all of Rudy Tooty's troubles haven't given him enough headaches, there's always his ex-wife, Judith Giuliani, who demands he pay the $40,000.00 per month alimony. When he would stop paying her time and again, so she finally took him to court and and the judge wasn't very nice to "America's Mayor"!
