This does not make any sense. I understand they need to stop the traffic so that he may not jump over some random car, but why would you block the traffic for so long. Just arrest these kind of people or let them jump and then quickly clean up the mess. This is my advice. I would never commit a suicide in this way. This is just stupid. Should I jump or should I not jump for ever. Coward!
