Parents are giving up green card fights to get their kids out of immigrant jail: Marshall Project
In 2013, Ana Kikabidze was selected to receive a U.S. green card. When unforeseen circumstances hit she had to move back to her home country. When she came back to the U.S. in May with her children, the family was arrested and sent to the controversial detention center in Dilley, Texas. There is a limit to everything, when they did the hand recounting, and everything match, they should've stop. Instead POWER went through every avenue possible to STEAL the Election from the PEOPLE. Thank God for those servents of the LAW, who UPHOLD DEMOCRACY and the CONSTITUTION!! But do keep in mind, if any of the 17 AG, or the 106 House REPUBLICANS were sitting in that BENCH, or RULING over Trump's most RIDICULOUS , INSANE Allegations, OUR DEMOCRACY CERTAINLY WOULD'VE BEEN THREATENED. The Constitution Article One, Section Five gives the Speaker of the House the Authority to fire the Seditious Republicans out Of Congress. “No person shall be a Senator or representative in Congress or elector of the president and vice-president or hold any office, civil or military under the United States or under any state who having previously taken an oath as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer in any state to support the constitution of the United States shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two thirds of each house remove such disability.” "IF" Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi Does not take any action against the 106 GOPers in her in house, a New Speaker of the House MUST replace her and take all action against the 106 members of the house for this is not the time to Vacillate But to take Decisive Action towards these Seditious GOPers in the House and in doing so show the people of this Nation and the World that America is a Nation of govern by The Constitution, The Rules of Law and not by wishes or desire put forth by a Want-A-Be Deity and Dictator.
