The Wall Street Journal has a new two-part feature detailing what it describes as Europe’s ‘rupture’ with the United States following this week’s NATO Summit in Turkey. The Journal reports that President Trump’s tariff’s and threats to take Greenland has sparked a quote, “rebellion” amongst European leaders who are now drawing limits on so-called “flattery diplomacy.” The paper reports many leaders now view autonomy as the long-term goal,. Rather than a temporary measure, adding that even if leadership changes the era of relying on America so heavily had ended. Love the Pebble Mine Ad- if the CEO is corrupt and "lying" about his clout with Murkowski and Sullivan (who accepted large campaign contributions from the mine, approved their permits without the necessary environmental evlauations, and is now denying his support), just speaks to a corrupt company that will do anything to get their agenda met.
Even though the CEO caught on tape has stepped down, it only speaks to the ethos of the company.

Who in a position of authority and knowledge can testify that Trump has been retested and the positive result is corroborated. Trump and the White House have a weak track record in communicating facts and a rich history of lies, deception, and manipulation. I will believe his diagnosis when I see independent, arms-length confirmation from a person proven trustworthy. Until then, call me skeptical. To think otherwise is to claim to understand the breadth and depth of Trump’s narcissistic thinking.
