Both Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and Israeli Prime Minister addressed the UN General Assembly Thursday.
Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas addressed the UN via video after again being denied an entry visa by the Trump administration. He called on global leaders to hold Israel accountable and for the implementation of the stalled 20-point Gaza ceasefire plan.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lambasted Tehran, dramatically claiming that if he hadn’t attacked Iran, “we’d all be dead.” He also defended Israel’s war in Gaza. Netanyahu provoked a polarized reaction as he took to the podium, and a large number of diplomats walked out of the room. Others stood and applauded the Israeli leader. “If there are any other moral cowards who haven’t yet left this hall, please do so now,” Netanyahu said.

Believe me the biggest weakness of Israel is it's intensive care for it's hostages civilians or soldiers. In 2011 they released 1027 convicted terrorists including the current leader of Hamas for just one soldier.
Once they released dozens of prisoners just to get a proof that this soldier is alive.
If there was a real chance for a deal which is not a desperate try of Hamas to buy time with lies and manipulations they would have already take it.

People are ignoring the long-term negative consequences. What has Israel achieved before with mass murdering civilians? Just more terrorism. What did the US accomplish with its invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq and the hundreds of thousands of civilians killed there? The rise of ISIS, more terrorist attacks, the Taliban controlling all of Afghanistan, and Iran now stronger than ever with control over Iraq (leading to the increased attacks on US troops today).
