It focuses too much on the clean OCD. There is multiple versions of OCD. Like fearing you will hurt someone or have a psychotic break. Things that aren’t easily reassured by making sure things are clean. It’s difficult in many regards. Many.

It's not humiliating or degrading, it's just opening up about your health problem. It should be just like the same thing like talking about diabetes or high cholesterol. I don't know why people are so afraid of talking about mental health problems. That's why public mental health is in one of worst states right now I guess.

I was diagnosed with OCD at the age of 12. OCD is extremely debilitating and really is hard at home.

This video isn't portraying all the evils of this disease. This is only touching on contamination/health ocd. There are many other levels of hell to this disease about almost any horror the mind can possibly imagine!

you cant feel or see germs instead youre assuming it, but when triggers me is actually skin grease and that of other people now that you can feel its tactile it indicates other people have touched it
thats why as an indicator i never lotion my hands in fact it actually starts to bleed since I wash so much and they are so dry

This doesn't seem that unusual to me. I'm a germophobe and I open all doors with my shirt and I don't touch hand railings and things that other people touch. I use a glove when I get gas. It's just smart. The world is dirty. don't wear shoes in your house and be aware!!

Yes, he’s got an issue but it’s no excuse for the fact that he’s just not funny. He does goofy dumb stuff and expects people to be amused. It’s not happening, playing on people’s reasoning that you have an issue and therefore, what ever I do in life, it WILL be successful because I have an issue. It’s not reasonable to take this stance and I dare say if most people are being honest with their own selves, they would agree

What i dint understand, is…people like Howie, and any.other famous person, who has tons of money…access to the best help…..so why is he still struggling with OCD?
I have crippling, debillatating ocd ( germs and contamination)..(mostly fear of bathroom/ toilet, poop germs )…its pure hell. Everyday is hell. Ive had it about 15 years. I dont think its possible to get better. Im stuck in this hell.
