    Looking through the comments I see the same question: "What was this video with creepy soundtrack about"?
     My guess – it's a part of "building the image of the enemy" campaign.
    I guess people should know, that Russia is not an aggressor by nature. It is pretty much self sufficient as it has plenty of land and recourses. It needs strong army and Navy only to prevent aggressors from even thinking of invasion.
