Regarding the Asset Class Returns chart, the lady obviously missed the point on China. Stock market in China has not generated any meaningful return in the last 20 years, however real-estate assets have.

Did you notice she compared earnings to 2003 and interest rates then? Do you know what is different between 2003/2009 and today? Inflation. You can't compare these supposed similar situations when the Fed is a rampage fixing inflation. This is where investors need to get off the roller-coaster, let the maintenance crew (FED) fix it, and then we can ride. Trying to invest in this environment is like a world war breaking out, and you are staring at earnings because they look like tea leaves.

What does Fox have to do with Wall Street? Not asking for your opinion on Fox, one way or the other, but how does this affect investing, interest rates, inflation, housing, employment. Such foul reporting shows Bloomberg is no better than the Fox heap of dung.

Give me an “expert’s” opinion on the Fed and I can tell you their exposure to commercial real estate. If they argue WFH is somehow damaging to the economy, they have exposure to office space or are on crack.
