braver than you thought; crane NOT properly anchored and blue Crane in Milwaukee 14 years ago was NOT properly designed to HOLD that load under those conditions; FAULTY blue crane design OVERLOADED and the jobsite manager WAS NOT allowed back on Milwaukee stadium property .
